you need to know. So all that good momentum that the stock market had yesterday, that's basically gone.

The White House clarified that the total amount of tariffs on most goods coming into the United States from China will now be 145%.

That announcement sent the stock market back down, wiping out a lot of the value that

was gained on Wednesday. That was when Trump announced he'd be pausing all tariffs, except for the

ones he placed on Chinese goods coming into the U.S. And in response to the new tariff announcement,

China hit back and said that they are going to ban exporting rare earth elements to the United States and some other countries.

Those rare earth elements are used in a lot of tech products made around the world.

And even if those products aren't made in America, China could stop sending them to places like India, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore in order to create supply chain issues for the rest of the

world.

6,000 immigrants have reportedly been classified as quote unquote dead by the Trump administration.
