Veteran stars from around the league were back on the field Wednesday,

getting some work in at their team OTAs.

One of those stars is 2019 NFL MVP Lamar Jackson.

They could be joining his Raven teammates at the voluntary workouts and getting some throws in.

He also gave an update on his long-term contract status.

I spoke to Mr. EDC, you know, probably like a monitor goal, but you know, I would love to be here forever.

You know, I love Baltimore. I love the whole organization.

Love everybody in the building.

But hopefully we'll be making something happen pretty soon or whenever.

Meanwhile in Miami, Dolphins quarterback Tuatunga Vailo is preparing for his second NFL season

and hoping to make a big jump from year one.

His head coach, Brian Flores, has raved about Tua so far at OTAs, saying, quote, physically, he's in a good place.

Yesterday, Tua was asked why he struggled at certain points during his rookie season.

I didn't actually know the, like, the playbook necessarily really, really good.

And that's on no one else's fault, you know, but my fault.
