| 1:41.1 | In this county and in many counties around the nation, a lot of these machines, |

| 1:51.4 | is the same because these are weapons of mass destruction. That's why they were created, |
| 1:56.7 | have to be certified every two years, you know, to ensure that they're updated. Well, in this |
| 2:03.4 | specific county in Texas, they presented a certificate issued in 2018 by the EAC. Here's the problem. |
| 2:12.1 | They were never certified because there was no quorum at the EAC when they certified them. Therefore, that document is void. |
