So currently I'm outside of the courtroom.

Just so you guys understand, all the election cases that we've had have been thrown out due to lack of standing

this case has actually passed that mark and it has standing and we are at the trial phase where there's testimony and

exhibits being given now just so you guys understand what is happening, this all stemmed from the

MOUs that county judges actually sign off so that I make it as simple as possible. In the state of

Texas, in order to have elections, your county judge certifies, appoint someone for elections administrator to certify that the machines are certified.

Here's the fun part.

If you guys remember in my affidavit, I stated that 2017 was the last time these machines were certified.

In this county and in many counties around the nation, a lot of these machines,

regardless of what banner or a production company they are, which I've told you, the base software

is the same because these are weapons of mass destruction. That's why they were created,

have to be certified every two years, you know, to ensure that they're updated. Well, in this

specific county in Texas, they presented a certificate issued in 2018 by the EAC. Here's the problem.

They were never certified because there was no quorum at the EAC when they certified them. Therefore, that document is void.

And there's actually a Supreme Court case against the National Labor Bureau that actually

asserts the fact that it's void if something happens during a period of no quorum. And Congress
