So these people that I'm showing you right now are the people that are responsible for the election certification of machines in Denton County, Texas.

The EAC appointed administrator by the judge that was actually the defendant sat there and said that he just took whatever the Secretary of State had provided.

The problem is, is that the Secretary of State had erroneously for the state of Texas, saying that SLI gaming known as SLI compliance were certified.

And here's why.

The Secretary of State in Texas, so there's two processes, your county election commission and then your state.

Your state commissioner actually checks that all the boxes are checked, doesn't just take the word for

the other guy and does it, because they're responsible for your tax money, for everything they do.

And that's part of the Texas law, also federal law. So here so here's what occurred in 2018 there was no quorum

for the EAC therefore there were certifications that were signed off and renewed or issued that were

invalid the Supreme court case in 2010 has clearly stated if an agency or organization that goes

by bylaws, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, this was with the National Labor Union, right?

If indeed that there is no quorum and things are certified or decisions are made, they're considered

void. Therefore, that means that the elections held in Denton

County at the responsibility of the E of the Elections Commission Administrator of the county,

he was supposed to check that there was no signature on the actual, you know, certification

that they received from the EAC.

And why was there no signature?

Because it was void.

There was no quorum.
