All right. Well, so this is the first time we're meeting. I found you on Instagram.

Somehow serendipitously, you popped onto my page. And that's just the way I've been finding my guests.

And so one of the things, well, first of all, can you explain how you got to where you are now?

Because I know that you were in real estate at first and that's a big way that

you found yourself is that correct yeah I mean it's interesting what got me into

real estate was the desire for money okay you know as I've advanced in life

spiritually I started to understand that there's three energies that we as human

beings must master in life.

The first one is money.

The second one is food.

And the third is sex.

And so unbeknownst to me, part of my journey here this time around was I wanted to master these three energies.

So that's what caused me to get into real estate was the desire to master these three energies so the that's that's what caused me to get into

real estate was the desire to master uh the energy of money because money truly is energy

and yeah and and and we are energy so what i teach my students is that if money is energy

and we are energy and we are energy,

then ultimately we are money and there is no separation between us and the money that

we desire.

That's so true.

I feel like people will label money as abundance, but abundance is not just money.

It's the love that you attract in your life and

whatnot as well. And really fast people also label money as evil. Oh, yes. That's so true.
