Summary

A lot is happening as Jesus journeys back and forth between Jerusalem and Bethany in Mark 10:31-11:33. As He travels, He tells His disciples exactly what will happen to Him, teaches them about humility, and fulfills prophecy as He borrows a donkey to ride into Jerusalem on a long-ago precisely determined day.

We're in Mark chapter 10, so we have some work to do.

We got to chapter 10, verse 30 last Wednesday night.

If you recall, we've been looking at the paradoxes. And Jesus gives us several here. It's kind of a new tactic that he's using and teaching.

The first one, verses 1 through 12 of chapter 10, the two shall be one.

We looked at Laudacea and Smurana and saw that juxtaposition
