We're in Mark chapter 10, so we have some work to do.

We got to chapter 10, verse 30 last Wednesday night.

Now, question, why can't you have two places to park your boat?

Because that's a paradox.

Sorry, sorry. Last week, we began our series of paradoxes of that Jesus gave us.

If you recall, we've been looking at the paradoxes. And Jesus gives us several here. It's kind of a new tactic that he's using and teaching.

And we've seen it thus far.

The first one, verses 1 through 12 of chapter 10, the two shall be one.

And we talked about marriage last week, and then divorce and remarriage.

We covered some of that stuff last week.

Paradox number two was verses 13 through 16.

So the first one was the two shall be one. The second paradox was grownups shall be as children. And that was versus 13 through 16.

We saw not to be childish,

but we've been called to be childlike.

Have a faith like a child, learning to depend on

and trust Jesus. We talked about that last week.

Paradox number three, we saw the poor shall become rich.

You know, and the other side is true,

the rich shall become poor.

We looked at Laudacea and Smurana and saw that juxtaposition

between those two churches. And in this, you know, verse 21, we saw the, your treasure gets,

you can't take it with you, but you can send it ahead, your treasure in heaven. And, you know,
