And Wednesday and I, we're going to continue our study.

We finished up chapter 11 on Wednesday, so we'll be doing it chapter 12, maybe even chapter

13, part of it.

But I want to back up just a little bit because there's a string of events that go with the

end of chapter 11.

So if you would, just turn to the last part of chapter 11 as we continue our study in

Mark. The gospel's powerful. I love going through the Bible. There's so much that we would

cover. Some people might say, well, Brett, you already covered these things in the gospel of Matthew.

One of the blessings that go in verse by verse chapter by chapter is if we're

repeating themes, it's because the Lord repeats those themes in his word. And there's so many

reasons I love going through the Bible verse by verse. First of all, we're getting the full council

of God, not just Pastor Brett's favorite verses, you know, and it's amazing. You know,

if I chose 50 verses for the, you know, 50 plus weeks of a year, you're shooting elephants with a

BB gun. The Bible's full of scripture and there's so much and you just can't cover it all if you're

just kind of spattering of verses here and there up on a wall.

I love that we get to go verse by verse.

So you get the full council, you're not stuck on one topic.

I mean, some of you've been to churches probably where, you know,

it's that 10-week series on tithing or something like that.

When you're going verse by verse, you don't do that.

You just go through the, and the topics that come up in the frequency and the repetitive nature of it.

It's God's plan and his frequency. And one other thing about going through the Bible,
