Today I want to talk about how to thrive in the new era of content as a podcaster.

Here's the thing. We live in a day and age now where the online, the digital space, is transforming

at a more rapid rate than it ever has before. And think about us in podcasting, either side of the mic, the tools that come out every day,

the enhancements that come out all the time, the AI insertion that's happening everywhere, right?

Like all these things.

What is that doing to us as creators?

For many of us, we feel like we've got to keep up.

We feel like that maybe we're becoming

obsolete, depending on your perspective, right? Is this enhancing what we can do or eliminating us or our

need for us? Like, what is it that it's doing? And the more I talk with creators, I get questions like

this, which I'll read real quick. Is there anything I need to be doing different or changing?

How am I ever going to be seen or heard? Am I falling behind?

I feel like I live in FOMO land, which isn't really a question, but, you know, will people still want to

hear from me in a year from now? Should I be changing up my strategy? And these questions go on and on and on.

And again, we don't really know what to do because we're kind of feeling like, man, this thing is changing so fast. We're in this new era of content. People are consuming it and listening for different reasons. Am I still relevant? Am I still heading the right direction? If I don't know you, my name's Alex San Felipe, and I'm'm really excited dive into this topic today because I think it's one that's just so important, how to thrive

as a podcaster in the new era of content. First off, I want to talk about podcasting and why we're

seeing so many changes happen in this space. And the main reason is simply because listenership

continues to climb. More and more and more people globally are listening to podcasts. It's becoming more accessible for people. People are loving it, which is great. That's good for each and every one of us. But the flip side of that is people are creating more tools because there's more dollars flowing into podcasting, like a lot more dollars. If you go look at any research,

which I'm not going to share it here, because if I do, it would be obsolete in 10 minutes,

but you can see how much money is getting poured into podcasting. And because of this,

we're seeing just this rise of new tools, of new AIs, new things are going to help the process,
