and I've said this a couple times, I have been very, um, excited to be so consistent with

podcasting and with recording for you. Um, you know, I have to admit I'm kind of at half mass today. It's Sunday. I'm,

I'm pretty tired, and I did Jai Debs' kundalini workshop yesterday here in Los Angeles. It was

the full moon in Scorpio. I started my moon today. And yeah, I'm just, I'm tired. And sometimes being

an Aries, I feel like I'm like tired. Like, what do you mean tired? But I'm learning more and more how to,

that's the only thing. And I'm so excited about my free natal chart class that I'm teaching for you

babes on Wednesday night. I know when I get like this where my,

you know,

to-do list, my Capricorn Rising to-do list is just piled to the sky.

And I put so much pressure on myself to get so much done for you babes in a good amount of time

and it's just it's kind of wild and that's why I love astrology so much because it really

helps me personally to be very compassionate with myself and just to remember like, hey, that's, you know, an interesting

part of your personality. And when it's, you know, wearing you down, just remember, like, be aware

that you, of your tendencies. And that's why astrology to me is so empowering because I can remember

like this pressure that I put on myself

to do so much stuff and to get everything done like the week I have ahead of me, which I'm

excited to talk to you babes about, but it's, it's just, it's really busy. I want to finish my book.

I have seven chapters left and I just have this

desire to get it done. Like just to get it done so I can start to move forward with it. And that

might sound a little bit insane. And I think if I hadn't somehow lined up this week with my cycle, then maybe I'd feel a little more energized

to do it. But I'm just going to move through this week with awareness and gentleness with
