We know weekends, especially holiday weekends, may be a more difficult time for you and your loved one who suffers from addiction. They might be inclined to drink more than usual or lose control.
But remember, you're not powerless over this disease. You get to choose how you react to their actions and behaviors. By making a few preparations ahead of time, you'll be able to enjoy your weekend the way you want.

| 1:31.0 | So not only, and you all know what I'm talking about have a weekend which Fridays Saturdays |
| 1:37.1 | Saturdays tend to be the busiest days for drugs that are alcohol but also you have a holiday on a weekend. So it's a double whammy for us. And I want to make sure that you are equipped and you are prepared and you know exactly what you are going to do so that you have a decent holiday. |

| 2:41.4 | I think you will come out of this weekend incredibly grateful and |
| 2:48.7 | happy and with a higher confidence level than you went into it. You're going to be victorious this weekend. |
