I started doing a feature called Three Thought thoughtful questions. I'd like to talk

to some of the brilliant men in my life and I want to ask them questions primarily about manhood and

womanhood, et cetera. So joining me today, you know him from Urban View Mornings with Lamont King. You

Listen, we're in this world of like, for gasey, fake, all kind of people told us there

something and they're not.

And then we follow.

And then before we know it, there they are.

So I was like, oh, we speak it into existence.

And for me, being in these spaces with people like you means that we get to have more community,

more and more community. So when I can see that this podcast, not only was I going to do something

more intimate, I also wanted to have a conversation about women and because we're

on the Women's Empowerment Network, but even that is about making it not so crazy for men and

women to have conversations. Like, we should be talking. We should be talking. We should be loving one

another. We should be doing things together and building and it should be a hierarchy and you know your
