I think it's pretty much been continuous since episode two.

Oh, well, for the show, I'm talking about you.

Oh, God, no. If this were just my streak, I wouldn't even be here tonight. But we have to think of the larger issue here.

The larger issue, yeah.

Well, I mean, the option was we could let the show go dark, or the two of us could make something up.

Yep.

And so we decided to make something up.

Tonight we're working on, I guess you'd call it, the ideal syllabi of an introductory and intermediate class and strategy gaming.

What are the best games to help people learn to play and love strategy and war gaming?

How do we bring new people into the hobby?

And why would these games work?

And at the other end of the spectrum, what games are the most instructive, which, what are the games that can do the most to deepen our understanding, appreciation of the genres?

So I guess we'll start with bringing in new blood.

That was a way more articulate way of defining this than I could probably have ever come up with.

I've made up this all day.

Well, so bringing in new blood.

So there's two things that I was thinking about on this topic, right?

One is, you know, as a guy that's got kids, obviously, I want them to grow up to be nerdy

little Grognards so that I have somebody to play against when I'm 65.

So I'm constantly on the lookout for games that I think teach them about strategy, teach them about gaming, but also really

engender some love for it because like I could strap him to a chair and say, you must play
