Last month, I guess the patron saint of Three Moves Ahead, Sid Meyer, released his memoir.

Tit entitled appropriately, Sid Meier's memoir, titled appropriately, Sid Meier's

memoir, A Life in Computer Games, because Meyer's influence, of course, dominates the strategy

space. It's only appropriate we take time to look at his book and his legacy. So to do that,

we have compiled an expert panel. First joining us is freelance writer and regular panelist, Rowan Kaiser.

So, So, So, and I want to start with you because you worked with Sid at Pharaxis.

You designed Civ 4, worked on Civ 3.

You spoke to Sid a few weeks ago about his memoir and the like and that recording is available online somewhere.

We'll make that pop, Bill, make that, he'll cheat that out on social media when the time comes.

So you read Meyer's book and I've spoken to him about it.

What do you think, does the book, you think, capture the feeling of Sid and what you get from

his conversation with him and working with him for so long? Yeah, I thought, I thought it's

very interesting because I've, I mean, I've worked with Sid, although it's interesting,

probably a lot of the time that I've spent with him in like a professional setting has more

often been not been a part of like interview tours or whatnot, right?
