Happy New Year. Today, we've got an unusual show, and by unusual, I mean, kind of a bit thrown together.

We're throwing off our New Year's hangover.

And my lone co-pilot today, as always, is Three Moose Head founder, Troy Goodfellow.

Happy New Year. It is good to be back at the mic after many long train trips.

I hope you had a relaxing holiday, but I save money on the train and I forget how stressful

the train can be because it's just so damn long. Help you at a good holiday.

I did. I did until the very end when my parents' terrible guest bed, which I think is meant for a

child, really, finally took its toll on my lower back and my last day at home was just a nightmare.

And then I had to drive about 14 hours back to Boston from Indiana.

So that was an experience, and I'm still dealing with the fallout from that.

So it was a great trip.

I would say it was a solid week of being, well, my parents are very Midwestern.

And so it was a week of being, well, my parents are very Midwestern. And so it was a week of being fed lots of rich, fatty, ridiculous food, just one thing after another.

I don't think I saw more than one green vegetable on a plate for about a solid week.

So there's a lot of catching up to do on a number of fronts.

That sounds about right. Part of the course for the holidays, I think. I don't think anybody comes

out of them eating completely healthy. How far was your train trip? It's about 20 hours.

Oh, God. I forget how enormous Canada is. Yeah, Canada's really, really big to New Brunswick. It's just go to Montreal, then change trains in Montreal.

So it's about 20, 21 hours in total.

Yeah, MK and I did the Chicago to Boston train trip like four years ago, I think, four or five years ago, to save money.
