It's a little bit cooler on this end, but yeah, it's getting that time of year.

The troops will need some more supply if they're going to make it through this one.

So today we're going to be talking about something that was sort of suggested to me by actually a visit to

Bruce Garrick's house the other week. I was, I stayed at a, stay the night with Bruce and Bruce is

all well and good, but actually the real treasure of spending time with Bruce's place is having

access to the Garrick Memorial Library.

And while it's a very specialized library

and only has a few topics, Russian literature,

people invading Russia and tanks,

it's still a really good history collection he's sort of curated.

And I sort of like found myself leafing through the books there one day and sort of looking

at a lot of more modern takes on sort of familiar stories.

And the thing, the book that actually really put me in mind of this topic was a book called Three Armies on the Psalm.

And I forget who wrote that.

But it's sort of a reinterpretation of the Battle of the Psalm.

Because if you think about what we think of what we think of as the Battle of the Sam, right?

We all immediately think of, you know, the field of mud.
