How have you been?

I am just fantastic.

I haven't been playing quite as many strategy games as I have in the past,

so you guys have done a whole bunch of shows about games I have not been able to put time into.

But I'm excited to be here to talk about a game I have put a ton of time into.

But on gamers with jobs last week, you did talk about Europe Universal Alice 4,

or at least Sean did.

So I figure you guys are, at least we have Sean on the GWJ podcast carrying the torch

for us.

Carrying the torch, yeah.

With us is one of our frequent guests, one of our local Toronto treasures, Mr. David Heron.

Oh, we're basically neighbors, Troy. It's not a big city, but I'm really happy to be here. Yeah, it's good to have you here. And we are talking about a game that both David and Julia, you know, put a lot of time into, and I've put some time into enough to understand what is going on. And for a couple of months, this is the game that dominated my Twitter feed.

And I'm sure the Twitter feeds of many people. And that is Blizzard's hearthstone, a deck-building

game available both through the Blizzard Net and on iOS. And we're here to talk to Julian and David

about how it compares to other deck building games, its strengths

and its weaknesses, and Blizzard's, I guess, strategy in general with where this game fits
