And here's the host of a podcast, Tim Wallace. Well, happy middle of August to you. I hope it's nice and cool wherever you are.

It's actually a little bit warm here today, having a great summer so far.

I've been working at home the last week or so and have to go back to work tomorrow.

And as it happens to be today is Monday.

And my family is not here there are way at a surf camp.

And so I'm like by myself, my son David's here,

he's busy doing something else right now, but the two of us have been kind of roughing it without my wife, take care of us. And it's funny, when my family's not here, my whole family's not here, I don't, I'm not good I guess on my own sometimes. I feel like I'm like

bummed out that they're not here. I wish I was without the surf camp. But a good opportunity to sit down and do a podcast at least with all of you

hope you're having a great summer so far it's been productive for you and a chance

just to kind of wind down and relax this is the summer for me that was in many ways the most life-changing

because it gave me a chance to really kind of recuperate in a way that has helped me

to put my priorities back in order.
