My name is Craig Collins filling in for Greg Corumbus.

And lots and lots of things to get to in such a short amount of time.

We will start with our good topic, which I feel like this is very old and late in the Democratic

process to do this thing.

They're doing an autopsy on the 2024 campaign and how terrible it went.

I think they're probably going to find out that she was an awful candidate. That's my guess.

Jim, tell me what's going on. Sure. The new wrinkle. So they actually did this in the core,

over the course of 2025. And they talked to people in all 50 states and they did all kinds of advanced data analytics.

Now, there are a lot of people that say, oh, it's very obvious. It's Harris's fault. And Biden had

really put her in a tough spot and all that stuff. But look, if you're the Democratic National

Committee, your job is to elect Democrats and you want to know every jot in detail. And there are a couple

interesting questions. You combine the spending of the Biden campaign and the Harris campaign.

You get up to $2 billion. That was a lot of money. And you still go 0 for 7 with the Trump campaign

spending less. Something that always had jumped out to me was that Harris, if you read her book, which, yes, I suffered through.

She said that on the Friday, their analytics, not polling, but analytics said they were on pace to win the swing states.
