We think he'll be back tomorrow.

But in his place today, we have Scott Bertram, who is the general manager of WRFH, Radio Free Hillsdale

101.7 on the campus of Hillsdale College, where he also lectures in journalism, directs the

Hillsdale College Podcast Network, hosts the Radio Free Hillsdale Hour, among many other podcasts,

and was nearly stranded by the weather

himself, but made it back to campus. Scott, good to have you. Some people can manage their travel.

I guess is the lesson here. He's not stranded, he's not snowbound in Colorado. He's snowbound

because of what was going to happen. Yeah, Colorado's fine. Yes, yes. It was the snow here that

canceled all the flights flights and I swear to

you parts of my sidewalk I didn't even need to shovel today that's how lame the snow was in our area

I know it was worse in the northeast and we'll get to that a little bit later well good because anything

more than that and you'd have stranded cars in the middle of bc which I saw last time I was there

it was unbelievable it was like the day after tomorrow,

that movie with the with the ice age that happens overnight, which is very scientific, of course,

and there are cars everywhere and people are eating each other trying to survive. That was DC last

time I was down there after like six inches of snow. It was crazy. It's amazing. The abandoning

of cars happens every time and I don't get it.
