So glad you're with us for the Wednesday edition of the three martini lunch.

Jim, state of the union last night, The president was not wrong. It was definitely

long. In fact, the longest on record. But overall, as you said in the morning, Joel today,

regardless of your political persuasions, probably something in it for you last night. The president

talking a significant extent about policy, about goals, about accomplishments, but he's also

an extremely good troller of the Democrats. And that's where we're going to start today because

he made them look terrible in a couple of different spots. He talked a lot about immigration,

obvious progress at the border, undeniable. And, you know, it says for the last several months, zero illegal

aliens have been allowed in at the border, just a 180 degree change from the Biden administration.

And then, you know, the issue of ICE comes up and, you know, who is our priority here in the

United States. And Trump had this to say about who the priority should be. And he asked everybody

literally to take a stand.

You agree with this statement, then stand up and show your support. The first duty of the

American government is to protect American citizens, not a legal alien.

And the Democrats did not stand.

The Democrats did not stand.
