This true story from West Virginia is the only murder case in the US that used testimony provided by a ghost as evidence. 2. The White House Ghost- The ghost of Abraham Lincoln has been seen by dozens of people from Eleanor Roosevelt to the Bush children. 3. The Red Barn Murder- The most famous and well publicized murder case n 19th century England. 0:36.9	In my mind the greatest unsolved mystery is that of life after death from which arises
0:41.8	many questions the most obvious being, is their life after death,
0:46.5	followed by a host of other questions such as, if so, what form does it take?
0:51.4	What dimension does it occupy? What proof do we have? And especially this one, is a ghost
0:57.0	proof of life after death? I've been wanting to tackle the life after death
1:01.4	question ever since reading proof of heaven by even Alexander.
1:04.5	But first I think it would be more fruitful to chip away at some of the actual circumstances
1:08.8	that lend to the belief in life after death and the belief in the existence of ghosts also called
1:14.2	apparitions is the most common of those circumstances. Look at any poll on the
1:18.9	matter and you'll find that roughly half of all human beings believe in
1:22.0	ghosts and half do not or won't admit it.
1:26.3	The New York Times released an article recently claiming that reports of
1:29.5	paranormal activity, chiefly ghost sightings, has risen sharply this year, and they attributed it to
1:35.5	larger numbers of people sheltering at home for long periods of time.
1:39.8	Window shades are shaking with no breeze, footsteps are being heard in attics, electronic devices
1:44.8	are acting up, and people are starting to see things. People are apparently going
1:49.2	nuts. That doesn't surprise me, and it's not a true indicator of ghostly activity, but I have no doubt it's true.
1:56.0	You can only stay cooped up for so long.
1:59.0	People on the average do enjoy ghost stories.
2:02.0	If you're a screenwriter looking for ideas, all you
2:04.7	need to do is come up with a good ghost story and not a horror flick, but
