What are your resolutions this year? As some of you may know, I got about nine miles in and got swept at the Disney Wine and Dine Half Marathon due to a sprained ankle. So that's on my goal list. Also to eat healthier, lose a bit of weight, read more, enjoy life more,

Aliette lives and writes in Paris where she has a day job as a systems engineer.

In her spare time she writes fiction.

Her series of Asian-dominated SF have won her two Nebula Awards, a Locust Award, and a British Science Fiction Association Award.

Her novel House of Shattered Wings, featuring fallen angels, Vietnamese immortals and magical influence wars in a post-apocalyptic Paris is forthcoming from
