Saturday night, 10 p.m. just put my kids to bed and it's been, I don't know how many

days now, several days in a row of walking on egg shells as a bar stool blogger and

podcasts are and as a privileged white dude and someone who ordinarily just comments

on sports and pop culture and current events and you know, here and there, dapples in some

more serious topics but for the most part, just a guy who's trying to give some to pass

the time at work and make some people laugh hopefully.

But you know, as I'm getting older and as my perspective is changing and responsibilities

changing and all that shit, I at least feel a little bit more of a, I don't say obligation,

but almost a desire to speak on some more serious topics and as someone who always

comments on what's going on to all the sudden stop now would be hypocritical, it would

be disingenuous and it would be fucking lame.

I haven't really talked much on everything that's gone on other than mouthing off on social

media as I tend to do because I haven't really known, I don't really know where to do it

on where on, you know, the 50 million outlets I do it on.

You know, me and John can talk about serious things on KFC Radio but for the most part,

you know, we're just having a good time fucking around.

And you know, CCK, it's just a quick hour on the radio and I don't even know who's listening

and so I didn't think that was the right place.

But mail time is always where me and BC try to, you know, keep it real.
