Just focus on the most important next step, you know, like a lot of these things that we tackle,

whether it's like a new hobby or a new skill that you're learning, or maybe you're buying a piece

of real estate, it's like, yeah, we look at the entire process from point in to point B. There might

be a hundred things that you need to do. But it's like, just look at it as like, just take step

So I moved to San Diego a little over five years ago, which is I met you at my old place

in Bankers Ho.

We used to be neighbors for a hot second.

And then I've been in the same place ever since.

And it was good to me.
