All right. Been searching the A&G archives, and I found something really great.

Our own Jack Armstrong was involved in a bar fight.

I don't know if you remember this.

The year was 2004.

And so Jack Armstrong, our young Jack Armstrong, not even 40 years old, just a pup.

And he tells the story about how he jumped in and tried to save the day.

When he tried to stop a bar fight, usually he doesn't get involved.

But on this night, he did.

He told us quite a story, and it was a bloody story as well. So let's go back to

2004. When Jack Armstrong tried to play Superman and stop a fight at a bar. So here's what

happens to me. Friday night, I go out to see a show, a concert. Fine. I'm coming home from this show. I decided to stop by one of my favorite bars. It's like 1130. I'm going to have a beer before I go home.

Sure. I'm not going to mention the name of this establishment only because this is not the sort of establishment where this sort of thing ever has happened, ever.

It never happens, and I don't want it to get the reputation.

You know, I don't want to give it a bad reputation because this is good. Fair enough.

I would not stop by a bar where there is any likelihood of a bar fight late at night.

I don't need that in my life. I'm almost 40 years old. I'm a man of means. I never wanted that sort of thing, even when I was

younger. Yeah. And you've got arms like linguine, so you don't even fight any in. No, exactly.

I kid. He's a huge man. And I have seen many bar fights in my life, because I've spent a lot of time in bars,

and I worked at a big country nightclub for nearly five years, and there'd be several fights in night. And I've had the longstanding
