So what's going on there? Why is Hawaii so much better than every other team?

Well, yeah, I talked to some folks that are involved in Little League and people that are involved running leagues.

And they pointed out that there are differences between these teams.

There are some teams that are legit, or mostly legit, little league teams.

They're the all-stars from their league.
