Hello. Not that the other co-hosts don't have therapeutic qualities, of course, but you're

professionally therapeutic, aren't you? So they say, yes. It's difficult to remember at this time of day,

but I think that's right, yeah.

Joy, you've just got back from Greenbelt, which you had to attend without Tony, unfortunately,

so I guess you're suffering from some post-festable fatigue. Yeah, emotional, mental, physical fatigue.

Yeah, there's definitely a fair amount of that around at the moment.

But I could probably say that there's some fatigue due to something any given day of the week.

So hopefully it won't feel too much different.

Sure.

I've got to be honest, if it was me, I think I'd have just dropped the kids off with a tent,

a couple of cans of bait beans and said, see you in three days.

I think we're all pretty aware that you are not me and I am not you, aren't we?

So on balance, did you have a good time?

I tell you what, there's so many different things.

If I had a set of scales, I'd be popping a little bit in that side a little bit and that's, oh, what about that? What about that? I think it just about tips into what could be defined

as good, but there was a lot that felt extremely overwhelming and, but probably also good as well

as overwhelming, but I feel like I'd need quite a bit of processing time. But it was

absolutely lovely to meet Nomad listeners at the meetup and some of the nomad therapists from the network.

We had our own little meetup on Saturday morning and it was so nice to connect in real life

with some of them as well. So connecting with other humans and spending time with
