Well, one of my good friends is a tutor, and so he, their tutor company has a whole bunch of clients out there.

Wow.

And yeah, the one percenters, they, their kids need constant stimuli and constant learning.

So it's like babysitter tutors or just like friend tutors?

No, they're just so no so I went out and stayed at the house where all the tutors live.

There's a tutor house. Yeah, they got to rent a house for all these people. I want to I want to live in a Tudor house. I wonder if it's you know it'd be interesting is if the Tudor house was a Tudor house.

How you like that architecture joke? I'm here all I like a nice

I like a nice ranch style house right for ranchers or for tutors. Yeah. Or mission, mission style. I do like mission style. I just hit the
