All right so Abby why was this woman laying on a yoga mat in the middle of Miami?

That was a question I asked myself when I was scrolling through Tik-Toc the other day.

So I was scrolling through and I saw this video of this woman who approached this chick in the middle of Miami, Miami's busy brickle neighborhood.

She's on a yoga mat and yoga clothes just laying on her back and this woman shows up and she's like why are you

doing this in the middle of this very busy city?

What you're doing here?

It's a rejection therapy.

So you go and you do something super weird and the goal is to get big amounts of crazy looks,

like, oh my gosh, he's crazy.

So then, like after you do the good amount of these exercises you're not afraid of like people

judging you or like rejecting you or looking weird at you. Really?

Yeah.

It's both called Not Nice.

And like he has all these exercises like,

like go to a stranger who talks on the phone and ask them who's like who they're talking to.

Or like, lay down on a busy sidewalk and like lay down for 10 minutes.

You're almost done.

I'm almost done. I'm almost done.

And it's pretty awful, I'm so scared.
