uh, seeing things that are familiar but looking at it in a different lens, but I'm trying to

Which is a challenge, right? Because the brain says that's a avocado.

Right, exactly. Not, not I need to put that on my face instead of, you know, through my face, right?

And through that it's like education of other things with avocado does.

But for me, I have a small team now, um, they're sport bus, and I'm always getting, I want to challenge them to

think things in a different lens. So I was interested in learning how you get your team to see things in a different way.

I think that's a great question. So a couple things.

Number one, I'm a much bigger buyer of hiring people that bring that in the first place, and

making them watch what I do versus what I say, um, because I historically believe that that works.

But it's interesting, like Maribel can tell you like we had a pretty successful, I think,

off-site with the entire creative leadership team in this company, 70 people deep, um, because the company is very far away

from what I am in a lot of its manifestation. Now there's a lot of variables, there's the clients, things that nature.

But in the pillar of three, which is do they come with the DNA?

Can you tell them to think differently, or can you act differently and they pick it up through us Moses? Right?
