Good morning everyone and welcome back to another morning with the masters where we devote

ourselves to the Lord daily with you.

It's just me to say folks sweet tea and baby Micah needed a rest day but we are picking

up our actually rounding out with day three of our I will exalt the devotional and the

Bible app. There's a link to it in the description of the podcast if you don't fall along and

as always I'm going to read the scripture that I'm also going to pick it with a divo.

The scripture is Psalm 95 verse 6 and it says this come let us worship and bow down let

us kneel before the Lord our maker the devotional is titled bow before me and I paraphrased

quite a bit to make it easier for you to listen to and it says kneel before God choose

to bow before the maker of heaven and earth and you God wants to lead you and he wants

to guide you he wants to use you and he wants to commune with you yes you so let's choose

God instead of the world let's lift him up above our fears let's focus on him rather

than focusing on our failures let's remind ourselves of his goodness instead of reminding

ourselves of our worries and anxieties first Peter chapter 5 verse 7 declares give all

your worries and cares to God for he cares about you when is last time that you did that

cast your cares and submit every worry over to Christ don't let the cares of this world

entangle your heart don't let the weight of the world bird in your heart again let's

choose God instead of the world let's commit our thoughts and our ways to him let's

choose community that emulates Christ and pushes us deeper into his love let's choose

God's word over the world's lies choose God in both your private life and your public

life he brews chapter 12 verse 1 declares therefore since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd

of witnesses to the life of faith let us strip off every weight that slows us down especially
