I'm on a quest for Holly, at least part of today's walk, is going to be for Holly.

This is a podcast that every day provides a little bit of motivation for you to get out and take the walk.

And today's 10-minute walk starts after this.

A couple of days ago, I got an email from Holly,

and so today's walk is actually a quest to do something for Holly.

I think I should be on the other side of the lake. Yeah.

Hang on.

So there's a lake behind our community and there are two paths that run parallel to the lake.

And I picked the wrong one, at least to fulfill Holly's request.

So I'm going to actually pick up the pace.

If you hear me starting to get a little breathier,

it's because I'm walking fast.

I heard a bird just a moment ago.

But at this side of the lake, the bugs are a little bit louder.

Can you hear them?

All right, ignore the traffic.

Okay.

Now I'm on the trail, which is on the other side of the lake.

And I think the sound of nature is just a little bit louder over here.

It was.

Got quiet.
