Summary
Today, you're going to stay aware of the Stillness that was Here before 'you' could get still.
Before you could sit still.
Before you could practice being still.
You're going to stay aware of this Original Stillness,
even as that body is active.
Even while that mind is running,
this Silence is running.
And because you're aware of It,
It's going to appear to take you far--
right into those experiences you've been wanting,
into this elevated way of living.
But in order to keep going,
to keep rising,
you have to stay Here, too.
You can't leave Here.
You have to be Here, Now,
to get 'there',
that's the paradox.
Being this Stillness
while in motion.
Being this Love,
even while fearful.
Being Surrender
even when 'you' can't.
I Love you,
Nik

Today's Quotes:
"Stillness can take you far."
- via @Brandiefreely IG
"We walk by faith, not by sight."
- 2 Corinthians 5:7
"Nothing in all creation is so like God, as Silence.'
-Patanjali
"To "Be Still And Silent" is not a concept to believe in.
It is not an activity of the separate self.
It's not something you can do.
It's not something you can practice.
It is not something you can achieve.
It is a realization of what our
True Nature is.
It is a realization of what you are appearing in.
It is apparently, what you can choose to surrender to or not."
-Pat Nolan
"Hang on. It gets easier and then it gets okay and then it feels like freedom."
- via IG @Mike foster2000
"Daughters, let's CHOOSE to not get absorbed and exhausted by your daily obligations. They will ROB the value of your time or cause you to fall asleep. RISE UP, BE ALERT, and BE AWAKE to what God is doing. When you are awake to what GOD is DOING, then you will know what YOU are to DO!"
-via @lisabevere
"Joy is dissolving... losing your identity.
Rest is dissolving... losing your identity
Love is dissolving... losing your identity.
Relax and just be. That doesn't mean be lazy.
No! Be very busy... and just be. The events come and go, they perish like flowers. But every event & every person contains some honey."
-Sri Sri Ravi Shankar
"Just as in the body, eye and ear develop as organs of perception, as senses for bodily processes, so does a man develop in himself soul and spiritual organs of perception through which the soul and spiritual worlds are opened to him.
For those who do not have such higher senses, these worlds are dark and silent, just as the bodily world is dark and silent for a being without eyes and ears."
-Rudolf Steiner
