You know, I thought I'd do something I'd never do.

Go to a grocery store.

It's true.

But now, I wanted to tell you a story about a lady who was at the grocery store,

and she's checking out, and all of a sudden she glanced over at the magazine rack,

and she saw this statement in big, bold, red letters, three words.

Well, she picked up the magazine,

tossed it on the conveyor belt

you know, taking leisurely walks with her camera. Well, she started slow and then she

gradually went from two miles a week to two miles a day and more. Her calendar inspired her to

stick with it and not miss a day. What happened? Her speed increased, her determination amplified.
