for 30 day challenges. Some of you haven't. But here's the thing. Some of your new

challenges will start and end on day 30 never to be done again. That's fine. Some, though, will turn into a habit, a lifestyle. Now, I want you to know that it's never too late to start a new habit, to gain a new discipline, and to reach a new goal. In fact, you choosing one of these 30-day challenges could wind up not only changing your life,

but inspiring someone else to get out of a rut. I just heard a story about a woman who took

her kids to swim lessons one summer. She was 40 years old and she had never learned to swim

and she was terrified of the water. Well, all of a sudden, she just pushed herself out of her

comfort zone and signed up for swim lessons. Now, all of a sudden, she just pushed herself out of her comfort zone and

signed up for swim lessons. Now, she's surrounded by kids, and here she is this grown woman

swimming with them. She said she even had a Dora the Explorer, a little board that she would do

her lessons on. Well, sometimes she would be getting out of the pool and she would see this woman
