Good morning, everyone, and welcome back to another morning with the masters.

We devote ourselves to the Lord daily with you.

It's just me again today, folks, but we actually do have two special guests in the background.

You may or may not be able to hear them emphasis on the plurality of that throughout the

episode, but it's just me reading it.

Again, we're picking up with day four of our, can I really overcome sin and temptation

devotion to the Bible?

And just like yesterday, this devotional has so much scripture all up in it.

I'm just going to go ahead and pick up with the devotional.

It's titled, what can I do when I'm tempted?

And the first thing is take it to God immediately.

When you are tempted, remember this promise from 1 Corinthians chapter 10, verse 13,

no temptation has seized you except what is common to man.

That means that every temptation that we face is common to mankind.

And God is faithful.

He will not allow us to be tempted beyond what we can bear.

And when we are tempted because we will be, he will always provide a way out.

That way we can stand up underneath him.

God will only allow temptations into our life that he will give us the strength to the

feet.

Conversely, Satan will not waste his time tempting us with things that he knows we can
