Guess who is back and guess who is in a better mood. It's me babe. Desby in the B stands for breastfeeding is done so baby.

I told you guys last week I had been really struggling with my breastfeeding journey kind of opened up a little bit mental health all things vaginal dryness let's be honest.

And I made the call that past week I said you know fuck it. I'm done. So I feel like I am in a better mental place and it's crazy to me how quickly I got over it.

I thought I was about to be crying for like multiple days like oh my last baby I'm breastfeeding girl. I said fuck them kids for real. It has been really nice to just kind of have this mentality in mental shift in my brain of like look how long I went.

You know what I mean like instead of going oh I only breastfed him for 10 months and not 12 I said I was able to breastfeed my baby for 10 months.

That is amazing you know what I mean so I kind of stopped it at the comparison game of oh well my first I went this long my second I went this long.

If I would have had the babies at a different time you know like maybe three years difference I bet you I could have made it to a year you know it's going good but I'm so touched out guys it's crazy.

So I feel good I'm still kind of weaning as of now when you're listening to this but if you're anyone out there struggling with your breastfeeding journey or maybe you have a baby coming or something and you're kind of just what do I do what am I going to do what am I going to want to do.

Always take care of you and you will always find yourself being an even better mom.

So Archie is on breast milk right now I'm still nursing him like twice a day trying to get that done before this weekend because I'm going to Texas with Buff Bunny collection and I'm so so excited.

I will be vlogging it it'll be fun and you guys are going to have to stay tuned for that I have a fun weekend in Houston and then we also have a new Buff Bunny collection launch coming out so I can't can't tell you guys all the details on that.

But I promise you're going to want a piece of this and remember that phrase you're going to want a piece of this right so anyways I'm planning to be completely done by next week and who knows maybe I'll come back from the trip and I'm still going to be producing milk maybe because you don't just dry up in one day just want to make that clear maybe I'll go away come back and like nurse him just at night you know I don't I literally don't know as of now I'm planning to just be done you know I'm going to.

White my hands clean and go hey I fucking did that let's ride so very exciting things coming up also next week I have a call with Katie Katie has been on the bachelor at you guys remember Katie she was on cool in season and we're going to be talking a little bit about her experience on reality TV how people maybe shifted their perception of who she was.

How she dealt with criticism online or even appreciation online right there's a plethora of emotions that come with so much love that our brain isn't meant to handle that either so I'm really excited make sure you guys follow her already on Instagram at Katie Mo.

I'm very excited to have her on so guys stay tuned for that episode it's going to be a fucking banger I'm so excited we actually met a couple well last year two years ago now yeah we met two years ago now and she was so sweet gosh she's so gorgeous.

So gorgeous in real life I mean like enchantingly gorgeous one 100% would kiss because she is just stunning and she was just so sweet and has supported me from afar since then you know followed me on social media messages me sometimes whatever I just thought that was very sweet of her because.

People like that who have been on reality TV have had that quote clout before right so easily will turn the other cheek to people who just like haven't been there or aren't there in the same social currency as them.

And I just thought it was very sweet of her to be open to being on my podcast so shout out to bachelor nation we're going to be talking some shit in a good way other than that past week has been really great I hope you guys are off to a great start of March it's hard to believe that we're already halfway through like today is the 12th.
