We are always looking on our show for interesting people who are in the news, who are on the

front lines. And I will tell you, we leave no stone unturned looking for those people. There are

lots of experts out there who've written a book, who have a title, an organization, and they do

interviews. And that's good. There's a place for that. But if you really want to find out what

the heck's going on, you talk to a border patrol officer about what's going on on the border,

because they can actually tell you, you talk to a parent or a teacher or a school board member

who's actually in the throes of it. Well, Glenback interviewed a woman named Stephanie Elod.

And she's on the board. She lives in Frisco, Texas, and she's on the school board there. That's

outside of Dallas for those of you who are not from Texas. It's seen a big boom. It was a bedroom

community that's turned out to be a wonderful place to live and work. And it's seen an incredible

boom. Stephanie, let's talk about the fact, Glenback's website noted that you on the school board

caught the school calling parents a hate crowd over this issue of transgender bathroom policies

that y'all didn't want in the school. Why don't you take a minute or two to talk about exactly

what happened and set the stage for us? Sure. Well, first of all, I didn't catch it. I was made

aware of it. But what happened was just to give you a little bit of history. Last year, another

trustee and myself put an item on the agenda to pass the policy just to ensure that boys use

boys' classrooms and girls use girls' classrooms because we had heard from concerned parents

and community members that there were some situations where they were allowing the students to use

the other restroom. And so the community brought that to us and we decided to go ahead and put a

policy, you know, for the board to vote on, to do that. And so kind of a long story, but ultimately

the policy did pass. We are still having the issue with the restrooms just like on an exception
