I feel like it's kind of understood or rather expected that when you become a major league athlete,

or if you're involved in a major league sports organization, that it's sports over everything.

Like you're going to miss family milestones and moments because of the game.

You're going to be on the road all the time.

You're going to miss major family milestones like you say because there's so much be on the road all the time. You're going to miss major family

milestones like you say because there's so much money on the line also. Exactly. You're making a lot of

money and you know, so you're going to end up having to choose work over family. However, the Boston's

Red Sox manager chose to miss a game to attend his daughter's college graduation,

and I am here for it.

People were flipping out, though.

Well, not where I was, because I saw it on female quotient because, you know, I'm a female

and I follow female quotient.

And they posted that the Boston Red Sox manager, Alex Cora, is defending his decision to miss a game to be at his daughter's graduation.

And there was a press conference. And you have your, you have your journalist there and asking him questions.

And one of the first questions was like, well, why not leave early? Like go to the graduation and then, you know, go to the game.

But he's like, no, the whole day was dedicated to her.

I don't either go to the graduation, but just not, I mean, he could have rushed out of there

and came here. We just to enjoy the whole day.

She wanted me to be with her.

And she, it was her day, so this is secondary.

You know, we're in this world for a purpose, right?
