I'm just so sick and tired of people saying that, oh, you got to hustle, man, you got to hustle, hustle.

Well, that's not the freaking answer, right? Hustling is not the answer. It's like you could be working

hard, but if you're working hard on the wrong things, that is not going to make you wealthy.

It's not going to make you successful.

Now, I'm not saying don't work hard, but you got to work hard on the right things.

So one of the things I'm very against, it's like, oh, I got to work your face off.

You got to work, work, work, work, man.

But what if you are working very hard?

What if you are working your face off, is it working?

Right? If you want to go east and you're running west, running west faster is not going to get you to east. First, we kind of say,

like we have to say, okay, am I running on the right track? Right. Am I facing the right direction?

Well, let's get a compass here, right do i want to go and where i am today figuring that out and then there will be a gap of where you want to go and where you are today

right and what i believe you need to work hard on is not just saying that oh work hard doing the things

what you need to work hard on is your skill your ability your ability to deliver more value

because money earn is a byproduct value creation so how can it deliver more value to the marketplace

you need to increase the value in terms of quality and the quantity, right?

The amount of value that you could deliver.

The only way you do that is you become more valuable.

And the only way you become more valuable is to upgrade your skills, like duh.

So what we need to work hard on is to work hard on their skill set.

And yes, there is a learning curve.
