I just finished a full day of executive meeting with my CEOO, my CFO, my CFO, my CRO,

director of sales, just my executive team.

So once a month, we will have an executive meeting like that.

So if you're running a company, I think it's very, very important for

your leadership team, your executive team, or depends on a company of your size, maybe even a

small management team, right? Your key, key members of your team getting together once a month

and kind of talk about what has worked,

right? So in the beginning of the meeting, what we want to do is always to get some alignment,

right? And then also mapping out what we want to focus on in the next quarter, the next 30 days, where we are handing as a company. And as a company,

because we are in so many businesses that we pivot, we are always kind of thinking on our feet,

especially with me, the visionary as a CEO, that I come up with new ideas. I'm creative.

So one of the things that I recommend entrepreneurs to do is to do this once a month. And also,

you could in the beginning of the meeting, kind of get a temperature, ask each executive and say,

okay, so what is working for you? So what's working in the

business? What's working for you personally? What's not working? And what could be improved?

So those three simple questions, and we kind of go around the room, right? And we're doing it virtually
