Episode, I'm actually recording this from a hotel in Salt Lake City.

My husband's seen an IR road tripping up from Denver where we live now to Seattle where

we're from to be home for the holidays.

And I purposely record episodes in real time, especially when I'm in major growth seasons,

which feels like constantly, which is why I like to record an episode and then release

it even the next day, just because I feel like we're girlfriends.

And I know this time of the year is often really reflective, at least it is for me.

And probably for you too, because there's this natural energy as we're moving into 2023

and we're thinking about the vision that we have for the next year and the goals that

we have.

And there's this like, this resolution effect that's really beautiful.

And even if you feel like you're the person who doesn't want to set New Year's resolutions,

that's totally fine.

But let's take advantage of the fact that there's just this high vibe energy of a new season.

And take a second to reflect on some of the things that happened the year prior and
