Hello everyone, so you guys all loved our special series in January where we briefly went

weekly.

So, we've decided to try for our next season, potentially ramping things up around here.

To get up to speed, we're gonna need some extra production time.

But of course, we could not leave you guys hanging, right?

We would never do that to you guys.

So instead, we're going to be replaying some of our most favorite, and I should say actually,

some of your most favorite episodes all of March.

You know, you know, we've been doing this podcast since 2020.

There's a lot of episodes out there.

So this first one was one of our most popular in our first season, and it was called This

I know it's a long time ago.

I know it was like three years ago, my god, my goodness gracious.

What was your favorite part of the episode?

The part that is indelibly in my brain was when Michael Pollan described ultra-process

foods as quote, edible food-like substances.

What a way to say Oreos.

And then the other part that really shocked me, and I want you to listen for this, is when

we had one of the scientists describe feeding cheesecake and bacon to the rats, and they

sort of got hooked on it, and when they took the cheesecake away, the rats chose to starve
