And God has sent me on this wild goose chase to find this diamond in the rough one thing

that I was created to do.

And I just don't see any evidence whatsoever for that.

It's so overwhelming.

I think like, what if I screw it up and like that's so unrealistic.

And then I got to sit down with my new friend and author and entrepreneur Jordan Rainer.

And he has some incredible wisdom for us about what God says about our work.

But first, let's talk about how to know if your work matters.

Now you know I've talked before about different seasons of my life and certainly different

seasons of my work.

And one of those seasons that was very, very, very challenging in my work is when I worked

for the YMCA.

Now y'all, I cannot say enough good things about the YMCA.

It is an incredible organization and my time there meant so much to me.

I had amazing experiences.

And also, it was very challenging.

Like y'all during this season of life, especially those last six months, I just felt like my

heart wasn't in it anymore.

I felt like I was ready to move on.
