Today I want to talk to you about the danger of anger. Not just anger in general, but unhealthy anger.

The kind of anger that damages relationships.

The kind of anger that actually hurts your physical body.

The kind of anger that will open the door to demons.

All of us experience anger.

Some of us don't just get angry, we actually live angry.

And maybe you're that person that blows up, or you know somebody who blows up.

Maybe you're the quiet one, but inside you're always boiling.

You're angry at God, you're angry at people and you're angry at yourself.

Charles Spurgeon once said anger does a man more hurt than that which makes him angry.

That means the damage that the anger does in you is far worse than what was done to you.

So today I'm going to help you to understand what anger is, the difference between good and bad

anger, and as well as how to respond in a biblical way. So first of all, what is anger? Anger is not

always evil. It's a natural emotion. Psychologists tell us that anger is just a primary

emotion that tries to protect us from what feels wrong and unfair.

The Bible actually recognizes anger as part of being a human.

God himself is described as being angry at injustice and evil.

Psalm 721 says God is angry with the wicked every single day.

Ephesians chapter 4 verse 26, it says be angry and do not sin. So anger itself is not always a sin,

but anger can easily lead us into a sin if it's not handled right. Anger always makes a moral statement.

When you're angry, you're actually saying, this is wrong. This is not fair. So the real question then is my anger
