You have a young person

between the ages of say 12 and 18 living under your roof

Depending on where you go to school under your days or days or days or weeks away from, let's call it a great opportunity.

Let's not use the word that we've used since my grandparents were

delighted to get out of school for three months.

You have in front of you an incredible opportunity

that you only get once a year and you only get for a few years, that you can

squander, overlook, pass up, choose not to explore, that's your business too.

You have an opportunity to expose your kid to life-changing experiences.

And I'm not talking about your vacation.

You can do that too.

Our kids spend a considerable amount of time

most of their waking day and most of their energy in school for most of the year.

And then here is because we're on an old agricultural system

that we've never changed from. And here is this period of time

when they used to be out in the fields keeping the family farm going, but now they've worked so hard, so hard during the year.

It's so difficult they had to get up and get into the air-conditioned classroom and stay there for about six hours, seven hours

including lunch.

Whoo!

Little fellers are tuckered out!
