Many years ago, I shared with my first mentor, Alan, right?

And that's when we shared a stage at my big event.

And you can see he actually suffered from a Parkinson's disease.

But when I met him, he wasn't that serious, but late on it was very serious.

After one year of learning from Allen, I went out there and started my own one-man advertising

agency.

One person, right?

Trying to make it, right?

That's good. After a couple of years, I was making good money, six-figure, decent for a young guy, 20-some

more years old.

And then Alan said, you know, Dan, I'm thinking of, you know, getting a few people, smart

people together, we will, you know, have just get together once a month, and we kind of

brainstorm, kind of like a mastermind and kind of setting. And we'll do it in the conference room in my condo.

Now, what do you think I said?

Oh yeah, I want to, sure, right?

Now, here's a problem.

He said every single one of those guys are millionaires.

You'll be the one that's not, right?

Because I was 21 years old.

Technically, you cannot get in, but because you're my mentee, so I kind of let you take along, right? You can sit next to me and I would say, you know, you're my mentee.
