The states should have been building their stockpile.

We have almost 10,000 in our stockpile, and we've been building it, and we've been supplying it.

We're a backup. We're not an ordering clerk. We're a backup.

And we've done an unbelievable job.

What a lot of the voters are seeing now is that when you elect somebody to be a mayor or governor or president,

you're trying to think about who will be a competent manager during the time of crisis.

And you're seeing certain people are better managers than others.

I think most people have actually followed the presidential, you can call them whatever you

want.

I would never use the word dictates, because if I use that word, I would be in such trouble.

In fact, you'll put me in trouble just that I even mentioned the thought of it, okay?
