Um, piece of news that excited me on because of them we can. It says here that national black nurses association is offering free mental health services to black nurses on front lines of the pandemic.

So they basically started this initiative called reset and the offer thinks like 20 hour support line for black nurses for free up to five sessions.

And so we have questions have on demand text therapy and says wellness pod access to wellness podcast educational webinars and much more to hopefully put your mind at ease with all of the bullshit going on with the panda bear.

Right. So and who could desire it more? What a great idea. Exactly.

Exactly. So it says that, um, members of the NBA and their families get access to these resources. Um, I see their website is NBA reset calm.

Um, so go and check them out and they have been IG, which is NBA and underscore instant.

So smart. You know how we get or how we discuss mental health and feeling like poop and I like to like poop on this show all the time.

So I loved reading a story and I hope that it helps anybody. Um, yeah, for room. That's a great thing.

And then obviously I just, this is like Tyson, you know, that was, that was one of the wake up look at the news.

This is like first part of my day. You know, like got a brush my teeth nature that my dog didn't destroy my living room as she loves to do.

And then I was like, okay, what's going on with the news is that Tyson's dead great. That's exactly.

I mean, I, I, you, Cicely Tyson is a legend in everything to the word and, you know, it's a life well lived and an incredibly talented person.

When I heard the news, honestly, I was just like, okay, I'm just going to pretend like, you know, just going to tuck that away somewhere because I have things to do today.

Like, I'm not going to think about a black elder dying as soon as this year started, but like, right. Girl, it's already the first day of black history month.

What a kickoff like, just about all of 2020. And then here we go. But I am glad that she lived to see Trump out of office. I am glad she can see that.

When they say they're in a better place, there could be no better. Right. It's only up from here. So, yeah, so, rest in peace, Cicely Tyson, truly an incredible talent.
