how all this feeds back to us here and that pound in our pocket. The latest inflation figures out up slightly, fueling talk again, about an impending interest rate rise. A lot of people had thought that it would remain at zero. This is probably at the top end of expectations, but I don't think it's going to change any thinking at the Bank of England in the short term. Now we talk a lot here about home improvements and the value it could potentially add to your property. But what about shed improvements? Garden shed? I think it would add some value, yeah. I think it depends what people have done to them. It's just full of old tools. I don't think it would. If it's cheap, it's cheap, so it won't add value. I spent about a thousand quid. I don't know any properties that have a garden that don't have a shed. I've only got a few potted plants. We take a look at the rise of the not-so-humble garden shed, plus young people are off to uni over the coming weeks in larger numbers than ever before, but with higher tuition fees, pricier rents and the prospects of growing debt.
